Gas Can on it... While I was going to add that section to the website, I logged out and then back in and that section was gone and the Gas Can was moved to the weapons section... This might be a indication of something new coming to mobsters... 
Makeshift Petrol Bomb get this by doing "Negotiate" City Sanitation Contract mission, 
Unmarked Van Full of Explosives by doing Mob War! mission, 
Bundle of Dynamite by doing Engineer a Prison Breakout Mision...
